It has
been requested by the Tower District Design Review Committee that
notification be given to interested Tower District residents
regarding a
proposed single family home located at 530 East Simpson Avenue by
Mr. Javin
Lujan.
Proposal - A 1650 sf home, 3 BR, 2 BA, with an attached garage that
will extend
10 feet in front of proposed new home. The existing 700 sf home
located in the
rear of the property will remain and be converted into a storage
area and
recreation room.
Any interested resident who wishes to comment on this proposal or
review the
building plans, please contact Mr. Mike Sanchez, Planner, Planning
and
Development Department at 559.621.8040.
This matter is scheduled for consideration by the Design Review
Committtee on
Tuesday June 3, 2003 at 4:00 pm, in Room 3054, Third Floor, City
Hall. The
public is welcome at these meetings.
