Thanks for being interested in our
Eleventh Annual Jamaica
My Weekend – Caribbean Music Celebration!
Booth fees are:
$200 for
Craft/ Non-food booth ($250 if paid after July 17)
$250 for Food Booth ($300 if paid after July 17)
Applications will not be accepted after August 1st
Booth fee includes:

Craft booth
10X15 booth area and two admissions
·
Food Booth
15X15 booth area, Fresno County Food Permit and four admissions
·
Non-profit
10X10 booth area and two admissions
·
Electrical
power for lighting only.
If you need power to operate anything in your booth
other than ambient lighting,
you will need to make arrangements
for your own power .
Please arrive no later than
1:00 PM to check in and set up
and be ready to sell when the gates open at 5:00PM.
Vehicle access to the event area will end at 3PM.
At that time you will be asked to clear the area of all vehicles.
We will have a vendor parking area near the festival site.
Please keep in mind that this is a Caribbean themed family event and the items you sell should reflect that theme.
The event ends at 10 PM. please have your booth packed up and
ready to leave by midnight.
All event gates
must be locked promptly at 12:00 AM. No
further access will be allowed.
Last year’s attendance was approximately 900 people.
Deadlines for completed vendor
applications are July 21, 2008 at 5 PM, (for the lower rate) and
August 1 at 5PM (for the higher rate).
No vendor applications will be accepted after
August 1, 2010.
